Pucker Pals Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pucker Pals! We work hard to process and ship your order quickly so you can enjoy your Luxury Sour candy as soon as possible.

Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another when your order ships.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and selected shipping method.

Typical delivery estimates:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days

  • Priority Shipping: 1–3 business days

(Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.)

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • All U.S. states

  • U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses (delivery times may be longer)

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pucker Pals is not responsible for:

  • Packages lost or stolen after delivery

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
